The Manie plateau is the main point of this park. The wonderful "wild" scenery takes you to discover the ancient grotto and rocks where Ligurian ancestors lived. The climbing rocks are now famous to all European climbers. Ancient roman roads like the via Julia and the High Way nearby make this area very interesting from the trekking point of view together with some typical good places to eat. From here you can go to the Bormida valleys.
